The FTL type fluidized bed furnace is to use the 0-10mm (the best control in 3-8mm) coal (the coal mining of the raw coal can be sifted) into the air cloth plate in the furnace. The high pressure wind makes the coal particles and the furnace material boiling in the blast furnace. Because the coal particles only take up about 1% of the furnace material, the contact area with the air is large and the relative motion speed is large during the boiling combustion process, the time of the coal entering the furnace to the discharge furnace is long. The high ash and low calorific value of the inferior coal which are difficult to burn through in the other furnace type can also achieve a high burnout degree, so the temperature is uniform. The main advantages of this are:
1, strong adaptability to fuel, can burn all kinds of inferior coal and slag (calorific value can reach 6270kj/kg).
2, the combustion efficiency is more than 95%.
3, the furnace body is heated evenly. Long service life and simple fuel preparation.
4. The operation is flexible. The regulation performance is good, the furnace temperature rises quickly, after stopping the furnace starts again, two or thirty minutes can operate at full capacity.
5. The steady heat of the heat can increase the output of the dryer by 50-70%, more than 50% of the other coals, and the carbon content of the slag is less than 1%, and it is a good mixture of cement.
6, low labor intensity, easy to realize automation.
Two. Technical performance and characteristics
1, the isobaric air chamber and the two stage combustion can be separated and collected by using the U type combustion section, and the burnout time can also be prolonged. (when the two stage combustion is not applied, the coal particles should be less than 10mm, such as the coal particle size is 0-5mm).
2. The air distributing device with large pitch variable diameter wind cap has good fluidization quality and combustion technology to reduce the influence of uneven wind distribution caused by sidewall efficiency.
3, adopt the large excess air coefficient, strengthen the air stirring in the furnace, intensify combustion, make the coal fully burn in the furnace, the temperature is uniform, and the control is convenient.
4. With reasonable suspension section structure, the flue gas flow rate is low, the amount of fine ash taken away is small, the maximum temperature of the heating flue gas can reach 1050 degrees, and the coal particles burn out more than 90%.
