YF high efficiency swirl fly ash sorting machine is a new type of high efficiency grading equipment which is introduced by our company on the basis of the most advanced Japanese small field O-Sepa pulverized machine and Danish Smith company Sepax powder separator.Its classification efficiency is over 90%, and the material air ratio reaches 2 ~ 2.5Kg/m3 dry air. Compared with the existing turbine classifier, it has the following outstanding advantages:
1. There is a side wall effect in the turbine classifier: the current turbine classifier is only equivalent to a rotating turbine device in the middle of the cyclone. The dust gas of the fly ash is rotated at a high speed when the dust gas is cut into the cyclone, and the coarse particles are thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force.The fine ash of the cylinder wall is also thrown into the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force and mixed into the coarse ash, resulting in the fine ash separation is not clean.
2, there is a velocity gradient in the air flow rotation: because the classification area is the ring area between the outer edge of the turbine and the wall of the cylinder, the air flow is only entered from a tangential inlet, so the gas velocity in the inlet area is higher and the air velocity is low far away from the inlet, which forms the instability of the flow field in the ring classification area, thus affecting the distribution of the flow. Level efficiency.
3. No plane eddy current is formed: the turbine of the current turbine classifier is only a simple straight cage rotor, without a horizontal partition, and the graded blade is made of flat steel, so that the rotating airflow is not a plane eddy, but a spiral air flow, and the velocity of the gas flow in the upper part of the cage is faster and the lower gas is sucked into the gas. The flow rate is slower, thus affecting the efficiency of the classification.
4, the coarse ash can not be effectively cleaned. The current turbine classifier has designed the two wind to clean the coarse ash in the lower part of the classifier, and if the two wind is very high wind speed, it is very easy to lift a large amount of coarse ash, so as to interfere with the classification of the material in the upper part of the classification zone, if the wind speed is low. There is no cleaning effect on coarse ash.
YF special separator for fly ash completely overcomes these shortcomings of turbine classifier, and its outstanding advantages are:
1. The design of a vertical cage rotor is a cage rotor consisting of a multi-layer horizontal partition and a vertical special-shaped blade. The horizontal partition makes the air flow in the classification region stable and horizontal eddy current. The classified blade makes the air flow from the cage surface into the cage to keep the same velocity at any point, and its relative speed is relative speed. The degree difference is less than 5%, so the flow field in the grading area is uniform and stable, so the classification accuracy is very high.
2. In the middle part of the cage rotor and the outer shell, a number of guide vane with "concave" shaped groove is evenly arranged. The dust gas must be cut in a circular space composed of the guide vane and the cage rotor from the guide vane to the cage rotor, which is completely eliminated because of the existence of the guide blade. The effect of sidewall effect is that the content of fine ash in coarse ash is greatly reduced, and the classification efficiency is greatly improved.
3. The coarse ash falling into the ash hopper is washed by the updraft of the lower part, and the fine ash in the coarse ash is again brought into the classification area for classification.
4. Due to the uniform and stable flow field, the centrifugal force and the flow of air flow to the center are very strong, so the classification precision is very high, and the ratio of material and gas can reach 2 to 2.5, which is 2~3 times higher than that of the turbine classifier (0.7 ~ 1), and the air volume of the classification is only half of the turbine classifier. The energy consumption of the system is greatly reduced, and the energy consumption of the classification system with a capacity of 60T/H is only 120KW. The energy consumption of the classification system with a capacity of 40T/H is only 100KW.
